PURE RAW ORGANIC ULMO HONEY FROM CHILEAN PATAGONIA.

With a creamy texture, delicious flavor, yellowish color and mild aroma, the ulmo honey is comparable in healing properties to the famous Manuka honey, coming from the cold forests of New Zealand.

We make single, limited labeled batches identified by year, certificate of origin and botanical species.

Our Story
The origin of our honey
Ulmo trees grow tall in Patagonia, a mythical land of glaciers, big rivers and snow-capped peaks that fall directly into the ocean.  During January and February, the always green forests in Chilean Patagonia blossom, covered in white. During these months we find no other flowers around, so bees rely only on ulmo flower nectar to produce their honey
Our Story
The origin of our name
The kawéskar were indigenous nomadic seafaring-people, called canoe-people. They lived in the Chilean Patagonia, specifically in the Brunswick Peninsula and spent most of the day in their canoes, sharing as a big family. We borrowed the word Čas from them. It means “food exchange”.
Our Story

WE DON’T MAKE GOOD HONEY. WE MAKE the best honey

Joaquín

Joaquin Oyarzun fondly recalls that, when he was a child, he used to consume large amounts of ulmo honey his father brought from Puerto Varas.

As he grew up, this meaningful ritual slumbered like childhood memories. It awakened when an old painting of Ulmo Flowers from his grandmother, Filomena Burr, was bequeathed to Joaquin, unlocking his memories and inspiring him.

That’s why, in 2016, Joaquin began his journey to obtain pure Ulmo Honey and spread its benefits worldwide. This marked the beginnings of Cas Bee, a company dedicated to offering honey with exceptional medicinal properties to health-conscious individuals.
